Bean to bar
The Bean to Bar is to chocolate, what specialty coffee is to coffee, or craft beers to beer; Coffee and beer have been made for centuries, but they have only recently been made well. This technique seeks to extract chocolate from large industries, and thus be able to discover the differences between cocoas from different countries, regions or plantations. In addition to recognizing a job well done from its cultivation to the tablet, since the entire chain is important to obtain high quality cocoa and later chocolate.

The integration of cocoa butter and pistachios is perfect, soft and delicate on the palate, unctuous… it will not leave you indifferent. Very suitable to pair with your favorite beer. This chocolate was designed to create a tasting pairing with craft beers and its success was such that we were forced to market it. In 2018 it won the silver medal in the European championship. A great surprise and a motivating gift that recognizes our work.
