Bean to bar
The Bean to Bar is to chocolate, what specialty coffee is to coffee, or craft beers to beer; Coffee and beer have been made for centuries, but they have only recently been made well. This technique seeks to extract chocolate from large industries, and thus be able to discover the differences between cocoas from different countries, regions or plantations. In addition to recognizing a job well done from its cultivation to the tablet, since the entire chain is important to obtain high quality cocoa and later chocolate.

The integration of the cocoa butter and the caramelized pistachios is perfect, in mouth gentle, delicate and unctuous… This chocolate was created to perform a pairing tasting with artesanal brews and it had such a good acceptance that we started selling it.
