We roast every monday
All of our coffees come whole grain. We roast every Monday, therefore the coffee delivered to you will be from the week you order. This way we make sure that it reaches you as fresh as possible. We recommend that if the coffee is for a filter, it is left to rest for 2 to 4 days from the roast date and if it is for espresso 7 days.

More information
Honduras is classified as a paradise, with its islands bathed by the Caribbean with crystal clear waters and white sand. But, far from that movie landscape or TV set to Survivors, there is a country full of opportunities. It seems strange that, being one of the poorest corners of Latin America, they care about sustainability and fair production.
But yes, the population is dedicated for the most part to agricultural activities, as well as commerce, manufacturing and finance. Bernard Ornilla knows that very well, a man from Bilbao who moved there several years ago in search of organizations that would promote fair consumption and support producers along the same lines. He liked his work as a consultant and the project so much that he acquired his own coffee and honey farm.
Bernard has been a producer of organic coffee since 2012 and opted for quality instead of quantity with varieties such as Catuai or Bourbon. The plantation’s altitude and its proximity to the Celaque National Park allows for unique flavours. Bernard processes washed, roasted and natural coffee. His coffee is exported as a micro-batch to small roasters in Belgium, Spain, France and the USA.
