All of our coffees come whole grain. We roast every Monday, therefore the coffee delivered to you will be from the week you order. This way we make sure that it reaches you as fresh as possible. The Benjamín plantation is located between the hills of San Pedro Necta, Huehuetenango, a place where coffee has been grown for decades.
This is a family run farm, working hands on with its cultural activities and the harvest.
Its location takes advantage of a micro-climate that favors the optimal development of the crop obtaining special characteristics of a strictly hard coffee bean.
