We roast every monday
All of our coffees come whole grain. We roast every Monday, therefore the coffee delivered to you will be from the week you order. This way we make sure that it reaches you as fresh as possible. We recommend that if the coffee is for a filter, it is left to rest for 2 to 4 days from the roast date and if it is for espresso 7 days.

More information
This genetically superior coffee grows in the southern part of Ethiopia, in the Yirgacheffe region and more specifically in Kochere. Since in Ethiopia coffee is marketed through the ECX body, the traceability of this coffee is complicated. But we can assure you that it is a Yirgacheffe type A and therefore has the flavour and character of a Yirgacheffe.
It is a coffee grown almost entirely grown in Semi Forest and Garden. The coffee grown as garden coffee is found in the vicinity of the residences of the producers themselves, and we could even assure without a doubt that it is the coffee that grows in the garden that surrounds their houses. It is a coffee washed and later dried on African beds. They are characterized by being clean, floral coffees, with high acidity and delicate due to their washed process and high altitude production.
It is considered one of the best quality coffees in the world; it has a delicate aroma of flowers, in the cup we notice the notes of jasmine and citrus, with fine acidity and body.
